We have some encouraging news to share but first want to say that we hope you, your families and your loved ones are safe and healthy.
Like nearly every other business, we’re facing some unique challenges in the midst COVID-19. Since suspending all our baking operations in March, we’ve regrouped as a team and are excited to share that we are back in the kitchen (in a limited capacity) baking fresh treats for your pups 💚
For the immediate future, we will be focusing solely on baking fresh Protein Chips 🐾 We are hopeful that we will be making a full return to baking fresh, complete and balanced kibble and that this is just the first step to getting there.
What to Expect
1) newroadfoods.com - We revamped our site to reflect our new focus on Protein Chips! Both our USDA-certified Chicken + brand-new Wild-Caught Whitefish Protein Chips are now available for one-time purchases.
2) Social Media – We will be sharing more behind-the-scenes content at the kitchen and taking a deeper dive into educational information as it relates to dog health and nutrition. We encourage you to ask questions or propose topics you’d like us to cover!
We will also introduce you to other brands + of course feature our NewRoad Foodies and other pups worthy of the spotlight. If you don't already, please follow us on Instagram and Facebook to take advantage of all the fun 🐶
3) Existing Customers – You will be getting a separate email with a detailed overview of how we'll handle existing accounts as we shift over to our new focus on Protein Chips. A quick summary is that we will cancel all existing subscriptions on our end and of course hope you’ll let us keep you in the loop as we make our way back to food.
